They are very believeable for inner city living, even the furnishings fit the idea! I really can't wait to see these in my game! I love how you have incorporated the old worn out furnishings from the Uni EP with windows from the BV EP and even the AL EP! Everything from the half dead looking grass in the park to the cracked and worn out walls work together to make a great set of lots! 
The chain link fence and overgrown landscaping are also perfect touches adding only more to the realism of the lot.
