Description
Overlooking the entrance of Sunset Valley Bay, Sunset Village are three identical and beautiful villas set only meters away from the sea front and peaceful cove. Luscious gardens with blooming flowers and small swimming pools, all houses enjoy wonderful sea views. A large outdoor area furnished with modern stylish sun chairs and outdoor settings surround the pools. All three villas have the same layout and size, with very similar interiors and style.
Each villa features a master bedroom located on a higher level than the entrance and two guest bedrooms distributed between the second and fourth level of the houses. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. An attractive living and dining area as well as a discrete and fully equipped kitchen are located on the entrance level of each house.
Sunset Cove One is located on the right side of the three villas. As its twin villas, it includes its own outdoor dining area and has its own pool and hot tub.
Sunset Cove Three is set in between its two sister villas granting direct access to its own pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area.
Sunset Cove Five is located to the left of the three Villas. It features an outdoor dining area, sea views, a pool area with a hot tub and a bar area.
All properties have the same beautiful sea view, overlooking the turquoise water of the peaceful cove ahead; the location is particularly privileged because of the wind-shelter it provides to the neighborhood and to the many luxury yachts and sailing boats moored afar. All together, the village is a peaceful retreat offering unparalleled level of space and privacy for large group of friends and families.

Please do not re upload - All Ep's and Sp's - I have all the Expansion and Stuff packs installed, this lot will work without them but some items will be replaced with base game items.
I have all the Worlds installed. If you don't have all the worlds installed, certain items will not show in your game.
