Description
Planet Okeanu is a small, dry planet far from its sun in the dark reaches of the cosmos. Ice cold and in darkness for most of the year, the world is home to the Fixnao people, a semi-aquatic race of scientists, doctors and geniuses currently at war with the vicious and conniving Insaakt people of Planet Aeolan, who have developed terrible nuclear weapons with which to destroy their interstellar rivals. Under the heat of the radiation blasts, the ice caps of Okeanu are now melting, flooding the low lying crater basins where the Fixnao make their homes. The water is carcinogenous and despite Delta-5's best efforts it will soon be impossible to treat to be fit for drinking. The Fixnao must do something to save their home planet! Can science save the day!?

Planet Okeanu's Water Treatment and Medical Centre for Sector Delta-5. Has a sub-deck entrance underground, with enough room for a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large eat-in-kitchen with a view, and spare rooms. I had intended for this lot to be built under EA's base game Science Dome (that's why you enter the lot through the basement), but for some reason the dome is unroutable underneath it, so I had to remove it from the lot. *SIGH* But you can see where I had positioned it if you pay attention to the way the pool surrounds the building.
