Based on the house used in the 2004 movie Cheaper by the Dozen. A Colonial Revival Shingle Style home, located in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. This house was originally commissioned in the 1890's by Isaac Newton Van Nuys, a prosperous wheat farmer, who's farm once stood where the community of Van Nuys, CA is now located.

Fully furnished and decorated. Play tested with large family.
