Kilkenny is a spacious, well appointed residence of 3 storeys which accommodate 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms, arts studio, gym, office/study, plus a huge family kitchen and separate [more formal] diningroom. Laundry facilities [washer and dryer] will be found in the main bathroom on the mid level.
The three floor levels are utilised to minimise foot traffic in 'quiet' spaces - which means the heavy duty areas are on the ground floor and the sleep space is on the top floor . .. . with the central area taking up the slack between the two extremes.
A single carport, a semi-attached gazebo-style retreat, a hot tub and a diving pool will all be found external to the main building.
The lot is fully paved and landscaped with plants requiring minimal maintenance.

Kilkenny was built on a 30x30 lot at 99 Landgraab Avenue, Sunset Valley - it has also been tested on similar lots in Riverview and Hidden Springs. It does require a flat location.
Kilkenny is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs [up to and including University Life] and most SPs, installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Kilkenny.
