Description
Luxury downtown mansion with attractive front grounds and large angled decks. Includes hi-ceiling dining room, split stairs, double garage, open basement for games/exercise & bowling alley, rewards room, perimeter walls and security gate. Also: hidden door by gate - needed for deliveries etc!
Please notice that this item actually needs 18 extra meshes to install properly. Because so many (12) come from Windkeeper's Belangie Doors and Windows Set parts 1 and 2, and also 5 from her Miami Windows set, I've put the link to the whole 3 sets under Requirements and Dependencies.
Install the meshes before installing the building.
If you can download the meshes or have them already (they're all well-known) you should have no trouble installing with the Maxis default installer ("The Sims2 Bodyshop Package Installer"). But if you do have any problem getting them, please download the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, which is available free here at TSR (go Frontpage > Content > Programs and it's on the first page).
The Clean Installer is much more effective than the Maxis default at installing custom content, and should allow you to install the meshes automatically with the house.

totally confused... how do you make the stair case wind upward in a two level staircase? I tried to download the stairs, but all i get is the bottom half, how do i get it to make the matching upper part of the staircase? what am I doing wrong.. yours are soooo great.. can you help me?
In case anyone else has a viewing problem with split-level stairs, like Sims_Lvr (who I've posted about it ) in the comment before this - the landing in a split stair is actually the level above, brought halfway down. So you need to go up a level to see the top half. It also looks better if you've turned Object Hiding OFF in the Options Panel of the game's Control Panel.
