Glassique is a modern, 2storey residence, created for a single Sim or Sim couple. It is situated handy to the CBD in Sunset Valley, but is also directly across the road from the entrance to Old Pier Beach . . . perfectly placed to claim beach frontage and use of the community BBQ.

The layout is simple and clutter has been kept to a minimum - for this builder at least :-] - so there is plenty of room to move around, both inside and out. There are twin, round lily ponds at the entrance - three similar square ponds, each with a geyser fountain, decorate the flat roof. The pool is generously sized and features a pedestal deck with loungers and shade. Landscaping is minimal, with unpaved areas comprised mainly of closely mown grass.

On the ground floor, behind a decorative screen at the entry doors, is an open space containing kitchen, dining and sitting room. The TV lounge opens off this area on one side of the entry - a nicely appointed powder room occupies the other. A circular stair leads to the upper level.

The top floor is home to a suite of rooms adjoining the master bedroom. . . draughting office, quiet space and bathroom.

Simple, unpretentious and available . . Glassique.

Glassique occupies a 40x20 lot at 1 Sun Song Avenue, SV. which requres the eviction of the Wan-Goddards at 1 Sun Song Avenue and demolition of Lots 1 and 3. then creation of a new 40x20 lot on the corner, with the long frontage on the beach side. However, it will happily occupy any 40x20 flat lot.

Glassique is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I have most EPs/SPs [up to and including Supernatural, but excluding Diesel and KatyPerry] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.

Such instances will not affect installation and play for Glassique.
