Opaleen Fact File:

LOCATION: Opaleen was built at 500 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley on the 40x40 lot high on the point above Sunnyside Strand [EA's Wolff residence site]. It does not have any special requirements for resiting.

SPECS: The exterior is faced with a textured, white brick with a stunning 'opal' band at the foundation and roofline. Within the 3 storey structure, are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A spacious livingroom, lounge, kitchen and the main bathroom share space on the ground floor. At mid-level, are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private sittingroom with study/research corner and adjacent mini-ktchen; plus a quiet games room with chess and domino tables and a small bar. There are back to back fireplaces in the sittingroom/master bedroom. The topmost level is home to artistic pursuits and fitness: an art/scuplting studio - a music and dance area; a gym room equipped with weight benches, treadmill and chin-up bar. There is also a large space set aside for electronic games as well as a more phyiscal, baton toss game. Fireplaces are also here and on the landing outside. Finally, there is a communal space with showers and toilets.

EXTRAS: the exterior improvements include a very large swimming pool with water features, a BBQ with meals seating, plus loungers and a chess table with umbrella. For the golfer, there is a driving range [unlimited supply of golfballs at no extra charge]. A 4-car garage completes the picture of Opaleen.

Opaleen is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Showtime] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the required expansion/stuff pack installed.

Such instances will not affect installation and play for Opaleen, in any way. .
