You know, when that happens to me, I might decide to take the balloons .iff file that I put in my userobjects folder and then delete it for the time being and try reinstalling the balloons .iff file and putting it elsewhere like in the program files/downloads/transmogrified folder or once again in the user objects folder, hopefully it will load properly next time you start the sims so you can buy it in the game. The only other thing I could say is try using your transmogrifier in order to import it if you have the .xml file handy, which is basically a common file but I don't quite understand it's usage. That's about it, hope this advice helps you out.

i tried some different things like you suggested and could not get them to work..i think i must have something in my present game which conflicts with them but i have no idea what it is..my sims 1 game is packed to the maximum..i have the file so when i redo my sims game i will be able to try it out again..at this point i am pretty sure it must be a conflict..thax for all your sims 1 stuff..i enjoy your creations...i will prolly be downloading some of your walls in a few days..i love the ones with hearts on them
