This home is a World Traveling Sim's Dream House! This home was built in Sunset Valley at 500 Sunnyside Blvd. (The Wolff's Lot). Let's start with the outside and Indoor Pool House. The home features a courtyard driveway with fountain and is beautifully landscaped. The backyard has an outdoor living kitchen and hot tub patio. The side yard is an enclosed garden. It features all grape varieties along with fruit trees. (and a few surprise plants) The small shed holds the entrance to the Basement Nectary. The nectary is complete with Nectar Maker and a wall of the best nectar storage racks available - The Necteaux! There is also a full bathroom for your use after a long day of nectar making. The garages are separated into room for a car and a workroom. The workroom has the Scraptroic Workbench. Close by is the full bathroom that doubles as a changing room for the pool. The indoor pool room has a lovely pool with a bar and seating. The built in fish tanks are a wonderful touch in the aquatic atmosphere. There is a beautiful view from the french doors out to the patio. The family home office is right off the pool room as well as the laundry.

Now onto the Main House! The main floor of this home features modern (with a touch of classical) decorating. Black, reds and whites are the main colors in this home. The spacious first floor begins with the entryway that leads you into the home. Right off the entryway is the formal dining room. This room is beautifully decorated and features a buffet. There is a door into the kitchen. This large modern kitchen is complete with all appliances and has a lovely breakfast bar. There is a breakfast room off the kitchen. There is an open feel to the main floor as you can view all the rooms from every room. The formal living room is a great place to entertain and features a large, grand fireplace. The family room also has a smaller fireplace and has a cozy atmosphere - great to place to unwind and watch some TV or play computer games.

The Second floor is accessed via the spiral staircase that exits into the Display Hall. This hall is decorated in the Oriental Style and is the perfect place to display your relics and jewels gathered from your adventures. The hallway to your right leads to the home gym. This multi-purpose room also has the Pedestrian Sculpting Station as well as the Catalyst Chemistry Lab Station. (Conveniently close by is the Shower of Power for those sculpting and chemistry emergencies!) Next to the Gym is a bedroom that is furnished as a Nursery. Then there is another full bathroom. The next bedroom is furnished as a child's room. The Room to your far left is the Parisian Music Room. This room is decorated in soft blues and with the Parisian Furnishings from WA. It has a piano, chess set and drafting table - a beautiful skill room. Many windows let in lots of natural lighting. The last room suite is the Master Suite which is complete with fireplace and full Master Bath and many other little special touches.
