there was no water due to a long standing drought. So I did the next best thing,
built a house, included an atrium, complete with pond, thus bringing the water inside.
Now I had water, and The Boathouse, and my desire was partially quenched.
I have lived here quite happily for many years now, but now, the time has come,
albeit reluctantly, to sell.
The drought has broken, the river is flowing and I can finally achieve my desire completely.
