This Part Two of my story, "The Black Statue." A quick recap, in part 1, Francis' mother discouraged her son from thinking that the statue talks to him, and that he should forget about that so-called "Laxia Clan." One night, Francis is awakened by a mysterious voice that calls him out of the house.
"Ancestors, hear my plea, Open up your hearts to me, Grant me this I ask of you, Change me back to who I should be!"
At first, it seemed as if nothing happened... Then a shining blue light appeared out of the dark night sky, brighter than any star any human being has seen from earth. The bright light descended from the heavens, and came upon Lady Vanessa. She was then surrounded by a bright blue light... And in the blink of an eye, Lady Vanessa changed in front of Lord Handel. "Oh my goodness!" Handel exclaimed, still in a very big shock, "I cannot believe what I am seeing!" At the same time, the statue downstairs began to glow... The light, an orange one, became stronger and brighter... And brighter... And changed into a young woman.
