I am trying to build this kitchen in my new Sims home and I am following your picture above. I want to place every shelf all the way near the wall so I can avoid a gap. In the kitchen I can see that you have placed the first shelf [the left one] a bit from the wall but it disturbed me so I tried to place it without the gap. That did not work so I used the cheats moveObjects plus alt and then it worked perfectly fine. But now I have another problem because the cabinet with the glass doors [and the food in it] cannot be placed next to the left cabinet that the picture shows because it gets stuck.

I assume that you may not have used any cheats at all but at the picture it is a gap in the beginning and then all the counters are placed all the way near the wall. I cannot do that with my counters because they places themselves a few centimeters from the wall. What is the problem? What am I doing wrong? I have tried to move the cabinet with the glass doors with the alt key but it does not work either.
