Description
Built originally in Hidden Springs, I moved this villa in the new EA world Lucky Palms where I took most of the screenshots. It has 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms ( 2 are underground), an artist atelier, a jacuzzi and a large swimming pool. If you need more rooms, you can easily add a level to the existing underground.
Creator Notes
The cactus that you can see on some of the screenshots are not included. You don't need Lucky Palms to use this house.I mainly used furnitures from Late Night, Pets and Generations. You can still use this house even if you do not have all the expansions or stuff packs listed. Nevertheless your game will replace those items you don't have with base game items. It might look funny, but you can always redecorate. .

I had to make come changes to it though. The two bedrooms that are in the basement have no stairs leading to them. At first I didn't even know they were there. I added spiral staircases but my sims refuse to sleep in the basement for some reason. Just thought Id let you know.
