Created for: The Sims 3

A spacious family house with a cottage feel. The first floor provides a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen with breakfast nook, a study, a laundry room, a bathroom and an indoor garage. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and two bedrooms, and the attic provides a hobby room where the kids can play, watch TV or do their homework. Outside is a garden with terrace and a spacious driveway.

The bedrooms are NOT furnished, the furniture I used was from Living Dead Girl: the Emma, Katie and Holly Bedroom which unfortunately are Not TSRAA.
