Callista: 2 storey, 3 bedroom residence with an intersting facade.
Ground floor: Entry/livingroom with grand piano and mirrored fountain. - TV lounge -office/study - kitchen with integrated dining - powder room/laundry - bin storage room - outdoor kitchen and meals - hot tub.
Upper level: master bedroom with ensuite bath, 2 single bedrooms with own baths = small exercise room - single stair to the roof deck and a wide stair back down to the pool deck.
Roof: a telescope is located on a small observation deck, whidh allows for 360deg viewing.
Grounds: There is both a splash pool and a lap pool with diving board,; and loungers, a bistro table with sunshade and a firepit for cooler times.
Extras: Off=street parking for a single vehicle. 4 giant chess pieces decorate the flat roof area.
Callista was built on and for the 20x30 lot at 9 Sun Song Avenue, SV - it only requires a flat lot if re-locating.

Callista is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but if you wish it to appear as I have presented it here, you must have the last patch installed. This means that even if you don't have the EPs and SPs that I have installed, you will have access to any items that need them to be functional.
You may not re-upload Callista anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix for Pets, on all files in this build.
