Glengarry is a fully furnished, 2storey family villa in soft earth toned stone and brick.
The 2 double bedrooms, on the upper level, have ensuite baths - and there is also a powder room [1/2 bath] adjacent to the foyer downstairs. Also on
this top level is a music/dance studio, an artist nook, a small exercise station [with compact bathroom facility]. and - on a protected balcony - an informal
dining area with barbeque and bar.
Downstairs contains the entry, half-bath, large living area with TV, wet bar and conversation seating, very large kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining, sunroom with chess and electronic game tables and a modern office/den.
Extras include a single vehicle garage, inground pool with diving board and a mature vegetable patch.
The grounds are paved and landscaped with ultra low maintenance plants.
Glengarry was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 65 Maywood Lane /Cnr. Landgraab Avenue, SV. It has no special requirements for re-siting.

Glengarry is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work, but you may do anything you like with it, within your own game. .I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and/or play for Glengarry.
