Created for: The Sims 3

Palladian style comtemporary mansion. Fully furnished and decorated. First floor has a study, dining room, great room, open kitchen, morning room, music room, family room and 3 half bathrooms. Reception rooms on either side of the entrance hall lead to the 2 garages which hold 2-3 cars each. Upstairs are 6 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms and a laundry room. Bedrooms include 2 large master suites with bathrooms and sitting rooms in each, 2 smaller suites with their own bathrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms. The sitting room in one master suite is set up as a newborn nursery for convenience. There is also a separate toddler nursery and a boy's bedroom. One of the smaller suites is set up as a teen girl's bedroom. The other rooms are more suitable for adults, possibly grandparents. Please see pictures for more details!

*This house has been extensively play tested!
If the refrigerator doesn't work, you will need to delete the overhead cabinet. You can replace the cabinet if you want using the eyedropper tool and the refrigerator should work just fine. May have to use 'moveobjects on' cheat.
