Created for: The Sims 3

Emery puts a new name to Sunset Valley. This house features lush tropical gardens, surrounded by a crisp clear pool. Emery was built specifically on 180 Wright Way in Sunset Valley, as the house hangs off the cliff. As you enter there is a double spiral staircase heading down to the basement/theatre room, and heading upstairs to the master bedroom and ensuit, aswell as the office. The main floor opens up to the kitchen and dining, also included 2 smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. Out to the balcony you can enjoy a nice seat next to the fire, overlooking the beach. Down the grand tropical stairs outside takes you to the pool, gym, spa and BBQ area. Emery also includes a glass roofed carport for two.
