My base game is patched through 1.67.2.024001. I have the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed. This lot contains plants from World Adventures; however, if you do not have the EP, comparable base game plants will be substituted. If you do not have Monte Vista, the potted plants on the terrace will not be included (no substitute). The following EA store items were also used: Anna�s Living Chair (base game chair will be substituted); Pastoral Perfection Stove (base game stove will be substituted); Al Fresco Dining Table and Chairs (no substitute); and two Full Force Firewood log holders (no substitute). (Note: Sim and car are not included.)


Also credit is given to LunaSims at lunasimslulumai.jimdo/bucolic/bucolic-2/ for the lovely climbing roses used throughout the garden.



The cottage stairs are by Gosik (at TSR) and Inge Jones (Simlogical). These stairs use spiral stairs animations so your Sims will look like they are walking up and down spiral stairs instead of the cottage stairs. If the odd animation bothers you, you can download a modified script with the animations removed (Sims will just teleport to the next floor). See instructions at http://www.den.simlogical.com/denforum/index.php?topic=712.0. Another option is to replace the cottage stairs with a spiral staircase.

This lot was originally built on a 30x30 lot at 130 Redwood Parkway in Sunset Valley. It will work on any 30x30 lot but, if you want to place it at this location, you will need to delete the existing 40x30 lot and use the World Editor to add a 30x30 lot in its place.
