My base game is patched through 1.57.62.023001. I have the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed; however, this lot is base game compatible and uses TSR custom content only. The following EA Store items were used: Fall Fowl Fare (turkey) and Thanksgiving Table Light (centerpiece). These items are available free from the EA Store at www.thesims3.com under Harvest Bounty and Fall Fruition sets. If you do not have these items, base game items will be substituted for them. (Sim not included.)


This lot was originally built on a 64x64 lot in Sunset Valley at 13 Skyborough Blvd., in place of the Goth Manor. It will work on any 64x64 lot but, if you want to place it at this location, you will need to go to Edit Town, bulldoze the Goth Manor (evict the household), bulldoze the resulting vacant lot, go to World Editor and put a 64x64 lot in its place, return to Edit Town, and place Whispering Pines on the lot with the front of the house facing the street. To obtain the heavily wooded look of the screenshots, you will need to go to World Editor and place trees on the land surrounding this lot.


The lake contains one fish spawner. You may delete this spawner or add more using the BuyDebug cheat.
