Of course! When you go into the sims 4 and save your created sim into your personal gallery, a few file folders are created in your Tray folder. In order to access the tray folder, you have to go to your File Explorer on your desktop, go to the "Electronic Arts" folder, select the "Sims 4" folder, and there should be a folder called "Tray". Click on it, and there will be a bunch of random files. There is a page on TSR that talks about what files are needed for your sim. so please read it: (http://www.thesimsresource.com/content/view-post/post/26857/Files%20needed%20for%20uploading%20Sims%204%20Sims%20%20and%20Lots)
Make sure that the files you're gathering are the correct ones for your sim. To turn the files into one file, select the needed files, right-click your mouse, select "Send To", and select "Compressed (zipped) folder". When it is created, do rename the file! When you don't, it will have the same folder name as the other tray folder files, making it confusing.
That's all I have to say! Once again, I know that i'm bad explaining, so if you are confused at any part, please feel free to message me!

Wow, thanks for making my day! So, you're asking about how to release your sims? Do you know how to combine the sim files from the tray folder? If you do, and you would like to release them, you would first have to go to the TSR site, and press the "Submit" button on the top right of the screen. Then, you will enter a page where you can select the sim file from your computer. After pressing "I agree to the terms and conditions", it will take to to the page where you can write the title of your creation, description, notes, etc. What I STRONGLY suggest is you read the "Sims 4 Guidelines" here: (http://www.thesimsresource.com/content/view-post/post/26856/Sims%204%20Sims%20Submission%20Guidelines). Remember to list all of the custom content for the sim in the Notes section, get screenshots for the sim, and add important info such as: "No sliders have been used (required to write) and "The expansion'/stuff packs that I have are ___" (also required to write). Once you're finished, make sure you press "Update item" (scroll all the way down to the bottom, and it should be on the bottom left of the screen), go to the "Uploads" tab, and there should be an option to submit it! Though, it won't be automatically published. It will be put in the "Pending" section, so you would have to wait for the Sims 4 testers to test the item and see if it works. It will take a day or more, so try to be patient. Check in everyday, and see if your submission is accepted or rejected. If it is accepted, it will show the date for when it will be published I hope I helped, even though i'm really bad at explaining XD When I first joined, I looked at other sim creations and copied the way they did it, then I slowly started understanding how it's done. I'm sure there are a lot of tutorials on how to submit a sim on TSR, so I suggest you check those out as well! If there is anything that I haven't mentioned, or seems confusing, tell me! I'm always happy to help
