Cool new pictures you've got posted! I'm going to go take a look at them as soon as I finish typing this I just wanted to thank you for liking my stuff, the Gingerbread House and Wonderland stuff and the Chess Set Oh! And the Scott Gustafason murals too. I really like his style as well. Sometime near Christmas, hopefully, I'll get his Santa Claus ones up as well, cuz they are just breathtaking, his attention to detail Happy Simming!

oh i feel so badly for you with your health. I feel for you too, i've had 3 back surgeries, and several tumors removed from all over my body and inside on my female parts too. i had a full hysterectomy at 23. I found out my tumors were from a disease called neurofibromatosis, it is what my daughter passed away from, it usually is not cancerous, and only 1/2 percent get her kind of cancer, so she pulled out an unlucky number. but i look at it like she pulled the highest angel star in heaven.  I know what you mean about tired of hospitals, and medical stuff. I have so many meds i'm on, i go to a pain clinic every month for spinal injections, i've got arthritis too. life does throw us some really messed up stuff sometimes dosen't it. ?  well hugs hon, just remember it's better to get them out sooner than later, even if you feel like your tired of them. we want you around for a long long time. hugs. and if you ever need someone to talk to, i'm always here.

My goodness. I never imagined I would have so much trouble locating images of Hugh Casson's title sketches. I followed your advice and started using Google Chrome. I also installed a nifty little addon to backwards search on an image to find it's origin. I haven't given up, but this may take time. Oh well. I'm learning tons of stuff, and I'm a trivia collector so this is great fun! I'm reading that you are ill? So sorry and good luck for a speedy recovery! ah, your very welcome. i'm sorry to hear about your tumors, i have many of them on my lower back i need to get rid of too. the disease i have causes them to grow in the craziest places sometimes, I hope you removals go well, i'll be thinking of you when you have to go in.  hugs..

Oh WOW, thanks for those links -- that was REALLY sweet of you! I LOVE what I'm hearing; I need all the extra space I can get! When I find another job that will be one of the first things I'm buying; an external hard drive sounds sweet, and the price isn't unreasonable, considering that it has over a THOUSAND GBs! That's like Jumpdrive Megas Rex! A hundred bucks is FAR less than what I spent on my dinky 300 GB laptop, ya know! They sell them at Walmart just up the road from where I live, so I know exactky where I'm getting mine from! Thanks! I have something now to look forward to! It kind of looks like this one thing I bought a few years ago when my desktop crashed and I needed to extract all my files from the hard drive. They sold me this thing where I dismantle my computer, take out the hard drive and plug it to the device, and plug that into my new computer to get the files. It was cool to work with; I had fun. So this external hard drive thing is like the reverse. TOTALLY buying it.

I have GOT to look into this slave drive thing! Cuz I totally agree, it's not just TS3 stuff I've got trying to eat at my memory like Pac Man. I have almost 300 GB on my laptop, and it's almost GONE now and the darn thing's barely a year old. Because I have all sorts of music folders and dvds and other stuff I haven't burned yet, stupid software programs, plus an OBSCENE amount of documents (mostly copied and pasted from Wikipedia! ) Wow. Sims 1. That's OLD school! TEN years! I can't believe it's been that long already! Feels like just the other day I was at my friend's house, playing her Sims 1 game and crying about how I could PLEASE stay overnight, even though it was a school night and her mother wanted to get to sleep And you keep your files nice and organized, yup. You HAVE to! Otherwise you'll end up with the ungodly MESS I faced. I know a while back TSR, when you downloaded Ts3 CC, had these stupid numbers on the pack instead of the names of the creation. I have at least 400 items in my folders with just NUMBERS on them, and I'm like, WHAT THE HECK!? I have no idea what any of that garbage means. So I'll have to reinstall them and have the names changed. Not looking forward to it. And I bet the reason why you can't transfer files that way is because of a hidden Unique Identifier of IP number or something. I'll have to do some digging--there's GOT to be a way to do that, especially if the files are on jump drives or something and you move them. Hrrrm.... :evil:

oh NO! You see, I almost had a serious problem of my own a few days ago when I was reorganizing my own downloads folders. I've got a ton of stuff in my game and what I am doing now is taking everything out--I uninstalled all the CC I ever had, and now I'm only installing what I know I'm going to be immediately using--I figured I could keep track of everything. But while I was putting the other CC in separate folders my computer crashed on me, and when I restarted it everything was gone.  I almost had a heart attack, so I called up both Microsoft and HP for help, so since I had backed up my files I was able to get everything back. I also compressed them into zips in an extra folder, and also tried to save as much as I could on separate jump drives. But it's almost 12 GB worth of CC I've got, and only 4 GB jump drives, so I'm still in the red zone with a lot of my cc until I get more. But I keep track of everything I download now by putting the name of the creator and the site on all my files, and I also save a picture in the folders of what was downloaded, so I know what's what at least. That added a heap of GBs extra onto my computer, so I had to get rid of non-sims 3 stuff just t make room for them This game is steadily trying to kill us all of, one click of a button at a time. I almost got an ulcer, so I can imagine the stress you're under. I REALLY hope you can get your downloads back!  Or at least, remember everything you downloaded and lost. Because it's enough to make you want to cry--I was yelling at the people on the phone the entire time, like my credit card had been stolen or something .

aHA! I thought you really had 50,000 But for TS2 that is VERY believable--with all of those EPs combined and all of those recolor files a folder can get a considerable amount of GIRTH! I'm just glad EA came up with CAS, otherwise might not be able to play TS3! lol

Thanks for the interest in Hugh Casson's watercolors. Any timeframe is will be fine with me. Since nothing is out there now, I will be profoundly grateful if anyone can do it at all! I don't usually make requests, but these title sketches are something I have coveted for years. I appreciate you checking with other artists; you are going above and beyond.....
