The house has been built on Paradise Island
Nettleton 198 is based (inspired) in a real house located in Cape Town, South Africa. It's not an exact copy because of the obvious limitations of the game.
The modern house is located on high ground near the sea with great views. This is a building where the protagonist is the light, since nearly all facade is glass.
In addition to light, it has sought to create airy spaces.
At street level there are two swimming pools and a relax area with minibar, ideal for social events in the summer evenings. On the other side of the house you can find the main entrance surrounded by a simple garden and a small garage for motorcycle and bicycle.
Already inside the house, the sims will find a very spacious kitchen, they will not have problem to store everything they need. The dining room. Simple, modern and uncluttered. And finally, one bathroom and a bedroom with two beds.
On the top floor is the master bedroom. A large room that stands out for its headboard, a fishtank. This one bedroom has two balconies. One overlooks the main street and the other is a beautiful terrace unique design and semicovered.
The bathroom on this floor has no windows, so the wall to the corridor is a translucent glass which gives it a special charm and the room is complete with simple decor but harmonious.
The living room is the next room, is the space bigger of the house (maybe after the master bedroom). Divided into three areas: TV, seating area and playing room with another minibar.
