Greytower is a 4 storey, 3 bedroom home with a slight trend towards Victorian externally, but with a comfortablly contemporary internal decor - and at less than S100K [unfurnished] it is very reasonably priced.
Ground: livingroom with fireplace, TV, bar, library and comfort seating. open plan kitchen and dining, with 3-seat breakfast bar.and formal dining for 6.
1st floor: master suite with separate office, double bedroom, bathroom, reading/music corner on stair gallery
2nd floor: twin single bedroom, study with lab facilities. bathroom, game area with table games and an exercise machine.
Tower: chess table and electronic game table. seating.
Extras include gazebo with bbq, bistro dining and lounge chairs, medium pool , also with lounge chairs on the deck area. There is off-street parking for two vehicles [one vehicle is included with the real estate]..
There is also a sunken fountain feature with bamboo and water spouts, adjacent to the front door.
Greytower was built on and for a 25x30 lot at 100 Redwood Parkway,Sunset Valley. If you wish to locate it elsewhere. it requires only a flat lot of appropriate size.

Greytower is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Greytower
