Mouette is a 3storey, white brick and render, family residence of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sited at 79 Landgraab Avenue, Sunset Valley on a 40x30 block, which is fully landscaped and includes secure, gated parking for 1 vehicle, an ornamental pond, and a 'play' area suitable for children or adults with trampoline and see-saw . A second fenced area contains BBQ, bistro dining, a pair of sun lounges . . and table tennis. An additional picnic table is set up adjacent to the pond. A further area is set aside at the front of the lot to accommodate a crescent fountain with moving water features - and a pair of garden seats to enjoy the peace of this corner.
Ground floor: Entry, kitchen with informal dining, livingroom with music corner, diningroom, study/den, a full bathroom and an indoor lap pool..
1st Floor: 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bath.
Top floor - Well equipped fitness centre with treadmill, weight machine, punching bag, pommel horse and a chin-up bar.

Mouette is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Mouette.
