MAGNOLIA BLEU is a well appointed, fully furnished and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom family home. With spacious outdoor entertaining area, complete with pizza oven and plenty of seating, a covered swimming pool, low maintenance gardens, inside spa room and paved pathways, it will delight even the fussiest of Sims.
First floor comprises entry foyer with water feature, modern kitchen, spacious dining room, pool table, piano, dance floor with karaoke machine, powder room, bathroom and living room. This floor features polished timber floors and brick feature walls. Access to second floor is via teleporter. There is also an indoor spa room.
Second floor houses the sleeping quarters. There is a twin single bedroom, a single bedroom, a double bedroom, nursery and master bedroom with own ensuite. There are two other bathrooms on this floor. There is also a pretty little reading/relaxing corner with comfy seating and access to two balconies, complete with seating.
The third floor house a chemistry/scientists room, a gym complete with juice bar and another covered deck with telescope, easel and ham radio.Access to this floor is via external stairs.
This house is ready to move in and enjoy. No maintenance needed.

This is an original whisperingsim creation, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own, but, you are free to do as you wish in your own game. I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including University, but NOT including Katy Perry and diesel, installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed, but this will not affect the installation or play for Magnolia Bleu. Magnolia Bleu will sit on any flat 40 x 40 lot and was built in Sunset Valley.
