Created for: The Sims 3

This historic family home dates back to 1845, and is filled with charm, character, and maybe a ghost or two (or three)....

Qube Design has recently completed a full renovation of The Edwardian, and now this charming family home features a beautiful main-level open plan kitchen, large foyer and gi-normous living room (with the perfect corner for a grand piano)! The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a lovely art-deco main bathroom, and the master suite offers a cozy ensuite bath, a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The lower level has a big media-family room with fireplace, laundry room, gym and full bath, and the bonus room can be a fourth bedroom, study, or den. There are innovative daylight-wells in both the family room and bonus room.

The yard is fantastically landscaped, and includes a portico with parking for an extra car, detach garage, pool area with covered patio, and a hot-tub room tucked into the rear of the property.

All this living is on a 20 x 30 footprint!

The brilliant red trees in the front compliment the stone walls and give the house a cheery feeling instead of a dark, dungeon one which you might expect in an old historic house.  I love how you let your imagination take you (and us!) to another place and time.

Not to be an annoying History nerd, but you call this The Edwardian, then state it was built in 1845. The Edwardian Era was from 1901-1914, so 1845 would not be remotely Edwardian. Sorry to be a wet blanket.

Magnificent building.
