Breezeway is a 3-storey, modern residence with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have en suite baths and both the girl's and boy's rooms have study corner
Two levels are build up, but the third floor is open above the entry and the teen boy's bedroom. . . with a glass ceiling. The outdoor living space includes a large pool with diving board and waterfall feature, hot tub, bistro meal seating and loungers. There is a double garage under the roofline.
Ground floor: open plan livingroom with fireplace, TV, conversation area, chess corner, connecting elongated oval entry leads to kitchen and dining; small bathroom.
1st floor: master bedroom with TV viewing, personal office and en suite bath. Girl's bedroom with divan bed, desk, TV and music centre, own bathroom; teen boy's bedroom with double bed, desk and excercise equipment.. This room is open through the top level with a glass ceilng over both bedroom and en suite. There is seating and plant displays on both the left and right galleries.
Breezeway requies only a flat 40x30 lot when installing. . . but the longer side should face the roadway.

Breezeway is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Breezeway..
