Description
A pier for watching the sunset, a foundation made out of wood for resting in the forest, a bridge for feeding duckies and watch your own reflection, a porch for enjoying the warm weather and keep an eye out for the kids. Ever wanted? Get started with this set and start building. It includes: six tiles (three with level below, three without, stairs and four fences (a pier, a bridge, a porch and a border one)

As I can understand not everybody immediately get how it works, you'll find a howto about making a pier and some useful tips here that hopefully improves the process.
A few tips:
-There are two versions of every tile: with and without level below. This means that the object can be seen downstairs. To let this function properly, it is important to use it only on floors with the full wall height below otherwise it shows up pretty weird.
-For the placement of the bridge fence is it important to look which direction you'll drag it. It will look different when you place it left to the right w.r.t. right to the left. When you're facing it: drag it off for the right side and drag it to you for the left side.
-Don't drag the pier fence once unless you don't want poles between.
-When the floorcut doesn't immediately work right, drag and drop the tile again.

Sets used in the screenshots:

SYL Lazy Summer Set from eryt96
