Description
This is the basic house you’d get with Tiko’s Complex Japanese Roofs tutorial + an enlarged top level & 2-carport. Interiors unfurnished, grounds furnished with tub, pool & chess included. Please read Notes and Installation Instructions first. Takashi means 'eminence'.
Creator Notes
If you leave Shadows On in this lot, some of the Japanese roofs will have a slight horizontal shadow. For best effect, turn Shadows OFF in this lot. In Seasons, the attic floors will get a light dusting of snow or a puddle - doesn't affect Sims at all! :).

Price: 128653
Lot Size: Medium
Furnished: Partly
Decorated: Throughout
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 4½
This download requires other creations and/or files in order to work properly, you can download them below.
Required Expansion/Stuff Packs:
Nightlife
Installation Instructions:
CycloneSue’s Invisible Driveway is already installed. It’s a re-colour, not a mesh, so you don’t need to install it first. ----- This lot needs no extra meshes, and you should have no trouble installing with the Maxis default installer ("The Sims2 Bodyshop Package Installer"). But if you do have any problem, please download the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, which is available free here at TSR (go Frontpage > Content > Programs and it's on the first page). ----- The Clean Installer is much more effective than the Maxis default at installing custom content, and should allow you to install the meshes automatically with the house.

Incredibly gorgeous! Thank you. It makes me lament the loss of my play games though as I have to set them up again in order to use this and I boy do I want to!
I'm going to clear out the insides a bit and convert this into a lovely Japanese restaurant! Thank you so much for this BEAUTIFUL house, its beauty stuns me.
