anyone who needs help downloading things this is how you do it: 1.Go in the game and go to game options
2.Go to where it says enable custom content in the right hand top corner
3.Click the star thingy and click enable custom content
4.Come back here download it,open it,then click open again and click install and it is in the game.
If you want to find her when go to create a sims open the sim bin and she is there with all the clothes and makeup on Hope this helps!!!
