(Fatimaweshahi, if you're talking about The Sims 3 game, if you purchased the hard copy of the game the package the disk comes in has a booklet in it that tells you all about the game, and if you look at the back there should be a code. Type it in and it should work, if it doesn't just try again because you probably typed it wrong.)
