Description
Traditional, comfortable and pretty house, with 2br, 2,5ba, built at the top of small hill.
The house received the name by name of the creek over which is constructed. Now the creek is decorated as the small pond in the front of house.
Main building contains hall, general zone of kitchen and dining room at the first floor. Living room with fireplace and roomy and cozy bedroom at the second.
Separate building above garage can be used as guest bedroom or butler's room. Basement and upper room is unfurnished, so you can use it for your own needs.
Creator Notes
Landscaped flat lot. Includes attached garage. laundry and bbq outside.
Known issue: after re-entering game the fence at main porch vanish. It happens because there is 2 different objects in the same place. To fix it - just use moveobjects cheat and place any windows/doors under arch, then remove them. Fence will be shown again.
Required all EPs and SPs up to Master Suite.
Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe.
Built with game version 1.33.
