Created for: The Sims 3

This charming gable-roofed Dutch/Colonial cottage is reminiscent of the simple houses built and occupied by seafarers on Cape Ann, Massachusetts in the 17th and 18th Centuries. The house provides fine livability for Mr. and Mrs.Claus.

The spacious country kitchen allows for plenty of cooking area. The dining room is open to the kitchen and has a bay-window. The sizable living room features a fireplace. There is an office just to the left of the living room perfect for Santa to go and make some toys and check on his list with his state of the art computer. Under the stairs is a half bathroom and a mudroom/laundry room. The second floor has two bedrooms and two full baths. Outside you will find a lovely patio for the Clauses to relax. A barn for Santa's 9 tiny randier. There is a pond for the randier to drink and to fish up some diner. A lovely fire pit with seats is set up next to the portable Gnubb game set.
