Owens Home from the movie Practical Magic

I've always love the old Victorian home where the Owens family lives in the movie Practical Magic. So I decided to recreate this home for Sims 3. The home was created using floor plans for the actual movie house that I found online along with interior photos. *Note: The movie house is LOADED with a LOT of clutter, most of which I have left out in order to avoid lag, glitches and crashes. However, there are many shelves and surfaces for you to add whatever you wish to the house.

This house is 3 stories, along with an accessible roof. The First Floor consists of the Entry Hall, Living Room, Crafts Room (partially furnished), Potions Room, Bathroom, Kitchen and Conservatory. The second floor is partially furnished and consists of Sallys Bedroom. The Third Floor is the Attic (not furnished), and finally the accessible roof.

Outside is the Large Garden and Arbor, along with lots of landscaping.

I created this home to the best of my ability with the tools, resources, and items available to me. I hope you all enjoy!!!

Thank you so much!! This is my favorite movie of all time and I just LOVE this house! You did such an AMAZING job on it!! You didn't forget ONE detail!!
