Like the few other houses I have uploaded thus far I tried using as much base game stuff as I could in building this house and some custom content so it can be enjoyed by most Sim fans. This house can be enjoyed by anyone as long as you have your game updated to the latest patch. Objects you do not own will simply be replaced by stuff you already have installed in your game. Currently I only have The Sims 3 base game, Late Night, Pets and High-End Loft Stuff installed on my computer for reasons I am frustrated with, but it's a really long story. So even if you do not have any of these expansion packs after downloading this house you shouldn't have to do too much re decorating.

I chose to decorate the bedrooms as a master bedroom with master bathroom, a nursery for a boy and a girl's bedroom, but you can redecorate the rooms or anything as much as you like to suit your needs. Just please don't re-upload my work and claim as your own.
