I have to tell everyone one how I made this because I figured it out myself. This is still a retexture. Doesn't look like anything in the game though does it? WELL The base is actually a lacy bra. I then took the picture layout of a t shirt and put in over the bra, then I was able to do anything/edit how I wanted the shirt without it doing something weird or interfering with anything that wasn't over the bra!
