Built on a 30x30 on a flat piece of land. I placed it in the Store World Lucky Palms, it is the most desolate area if you delete some of the surrounding buildings for a more realistic effect. The fireplace is also Store. It is Steve's fireplace and came with Aurora Skies World.
I used some stuff outside TSR. Cool Place!!! I play Lucky Palms World occasionally. I have it saved. Think I need to add your awesome lot to a desolate place I have also created in it too. I don't know if you do requests but I would love to have a family sized southern Victorian or Southern Plantation home to put my Beach City World I got from the exchange.
