This lot is a good example that it is better to think before you start. Having said that, I wanted to share it with all you City lovers anyways. It works great, providing you place it on the 2 lots available in Bridgeport or on a larger, 50x50 plot. The lot can be placed on 61 Dockside Rd, but you will need to remove the building there. Same goes for the Aquarius Poolside Club, the second lot the building will fit upon.
Feel free to place it on a bigger lot anywhere providing it is flat.

I did not use any Store items and stayed away from Stuff pack items. A couple of things were used that are not from TSR.
