Landscaped flat lot contains 1-story 1br, 1ba contemporary house with open-planning space inside, attached garage, pool and patio with bbq outside. Car not included.

Used some plants from Monte Vista.

I have all EPs and SPs up to Paradise Islands, except Katy Perry and Diesel.

Perhaps used some items from Riverview, Barnacle Bay, Monte Vista or Hidden Springs.

Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe.

Built with game version 1.63.
