A total renovation project has changed 7 Sea Front Road into a picturesque house from the outside. A row of flowers and plants follow along the stepping stones leading to the split level deck, pool and back garden. The inside has been totally restructured to accommodate an entrance hall leading to a split level dining-kitchen on one side and a living area on the other, a bathroom and a spiral staircase leading to all floors. The second floor now consists of 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a bathroom ensuite. A fitness area, roof garden and large sun deck area is on the top floor.
