Canal Avenue Row-Houses

Inspired by the Classic Row Houses seen in many Cities, this Pre-War Style building may be a little bit old fashion, but it has a real homey feel; the kind of place you might want to raise your sim kids if you needed a lot of space but didn't have a lot of simoleons.

Three bedrooms, two sitting areas, a full dining room,efficient kitchen and typical for the building style, one bathroom; all nicely decorated, but not what anyone might call stylish. There's a rooftop area for picnicking and hanging out the wash; there's a basement storage room where your sims can practice their DJ talents, as well as invent or paint or just hide out.
