$\:\)$ Hi Primetime, thanks for your nice comment in my guestbook. After I read your "about me" and checking the number of you uploads, I really admire your time management. Somebody should put you on the list of the "manager of the year" candidates. But why I post: If you like a pirate stuff for a kidroom, you can find some nice items on www.meshkiste.de. They have a boat-like bed, 2 deco boats and all the rest of the room is maritime too.

You are correct....FT. Walton IS in the Gulf. We visit a lot and stay on Navarre Island. My aunt used to live right off of Hwy 98 on the bay. It was so nice and I loved it growing up. As she has gotten older, shes almost 60, and divorced, its hard to keep up with repairs from storms. Your right in the cost area, that is one of the biggest reasons she got off the water. Insurance covers most but not all damage....and from Opal, she came out of pocket close to 20000.00 That was the first indicator that she should move. Her X owns Bearden Construction and she got a good settlement, she's also a retired school teacher, but the money would not have lasted if she had to keep up with the weather. I wish you well. Hugs to the family and have a great holiday!! Eat lots of turkey. The food is wonderful, but shopping with the family at this time is the best!! We have reservations at the Winfrey in Birmingham so we can get into the stores fast for after Thanksgiving day sales. Its a family tradition, if you stay in the hotel, you get two extra hours on the rest of the shoppers cuz they open early for the hotel guests...gotta love those perks. Talk to you soon Tess

$\:rah\:$ I found them and have downloaded more of your paintings. They are all so CUTE!! I noticed you live in Florida, my aunt lives in Ft. Walton, we are always visiting there....(im in Alabama)..I have three children ages 3-12. They are a joy, but I too love to have my "sim time" at night. I unwind through that game. My aunt calls it my virtual dollhouse. Thanks for all the great stuff. Have you seen the rug recolors by Luthien at modthesims? He has some must have rugs. Search his name, you'll find him. Ive also been throwing your name around to my friends at the BBS. Its hard to find good paintings and they are all thrilled.

Your work is beautiful, I love the art that you use and the way you put frames around the prints like "B" Stroke. I would love to see you write a tutorial on how to do that.
