Beautiful lodge home sitting on large lake and surrounded by trees. Built of recycled steel and locally sourced stone and rock, this home has a rural feel with modern amenities.
It boasts a deck, 4 car garage, curved pool with 3 waterfalls, hot tub, and garden patch. Gorgeous lake perfect for the angler sim or those who want a self sustaining eco-friendly life.
It has a 3 story entrance, water features, and open living area. With floor to ceiling windows, which allow light and views of all the trees, lake, and pool.
The main floor has 2 fireplaces, large kitchen, dining area, and a quiet study area with chess and easel for the artist sim. Entertainment area has pool table and TV viewing area.
Second floor has a master suite with fireplace and spa like bathroom with views of the lake. There are also 3 other bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in total. Laundry area as well.
Your sim family will love the feel of being surrounded by nature, and the wood and stone of the home. Even though large, it as a homey feel. Areas for everyone and perfect for large families, or the nature loving sim who still enjoys modern like feel. Fully tested in game.
