Large House to designed to facilitate one of my larger wealthy families.
Features a three car Garage with Apartment/Workspace Above.

First floor of house contains a foyer, a large Kitchen with attached pantry, and many other rooms to use as you will eg. Family Room, Reception Room, Playroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Bathroom, Study, Utility Room etc.

Second Floor contains a Large Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and an en-suite. The Corridor on left side of house features two furnished bedrooms for your teenagers as well as a furnished bathroom. The Hallway on the right side of house features 3 Bedrooms, a Nursery and a bathroom.

The Third floor is the Attic which has been converted into a games room with a separate Gym/Music Room.

Only furnished Three bathrooms but you can add another on the first floor, and there is also space in the garage for another, if you decide to use it as an apartment.
