Thank you HUGELY for the wonderful comment you left on my beach lot. I wasn't sure how this one would download or whether anyone would even want a shabby beach instead of the nice locations. Originally, the beach raffle stall/bar had many more items in it, but Sims 3 sets the lot type based on content, and it takes only 16 decorative objects (which includes beach umberellas, pictures, flamingos, balloons etc) before it switches from a beach to an art gallery - grrrr! Still, I was amused to see one of my test Sims walking off with a teddy just as if he'd won it! Thanks once again - and I hope you continue to enjoy it! $\:D$ Sue

I'm glad you had fun with the Foster home challenge & thank you for taking time to tell me so. I made my first foster home in base game days when we couldn't age the townie kids and teens and moved them all in with the tombstone of life and death. I had such fun with it, that I wanted to share it, I a made a new family for this TSR challenge. The house is the same though & yes, I built it myself in base game days as an old Elizabethan house shaped like an E for the queen with a long gallery. I wish I'd known to leave space for a drive though...
