Created for: The Sims 3

'Kuro to Shiro' is Japanese and means 'black and white' because, well, the house is black and white from the outside.

I had built this eons ago but then lost it when my game crashed. Now I decided to rebuild it and upload it here.
It's a contemporary beach front home with an open living plan and split levels on the first floor.

The house has a garage, a kitchen with dining area, a living room, an office and a bath on the first floor, as well as
the master bedroom with baby bed, a second bathroom, a children's room and another bedroom for guests or a teenage kid on the seconds floor.
