Rosewyn Cottage is a pretty, thatched roof, country style cottage.
From the exterior to the interior, this cottage oozes charm and character.
Outside features beautiful , sweet-smelling rose gardens, paved pathway and a stunning timber deck at the rear of the cottage. This area is perfect for entertaining or
just whiling away those balmy sunny, Sunday afternoons. Laze by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or just relax under the umbrella with a tropical drink from the bar.
Back to the front of the house and up the stairs.
Here you will find two swinging seats, just ready for you to curl up on and watch the world go by. Or, if placed facing the ocean, watch the ships go sailing by.
Inside the front door and you enter a generous living room, complete with comfortable sofas, T.V., stereo, bookshelves and chess table.
Thru the archway on the right, and you enter a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of modern conveniences but still with that country charm, and lots of cupboard space.
Access to the laundry is thru the archway here , and it is fully equipped too, with washer, dryer, ironing station and even a tool cabinet for that home handyman/mechanic.
Exiting the door to the right will take you outside to the fully functional clothes line. Sims love hanging out washing and it saves power.
The door on the left takes you into the hallway and from here you can access the large dining room with its 8 seater, round dining table.
Country style dressers against two walls offer plenty of storage for all those mementoes and collectables you want on show.
Down the hall to the left, and you find the general use bathroom, while across to the right is the study/office, complete with more comfy sofas, computer and huge bookshelf.
Out the back door and you are on the aforementioned deck area.
Back inside, and up the circular stairs, you enter a cosy little foyer that separates the two double bedrooms.
To the right is the master bedroom, complete with plenty of storage, a gorgeous four poster bed,
and comfy seating. All decorated in cottage chic.
To the left of the stairs is the entry to the second double bedroom, also with plenty of storage, comfy seating and a desk,
so that your guest can sit quietly and write home, write their memoirs, or just write out a shopping list.
Connecting these two beautiful rooms is a sumptuous bathroom with dual amenities, so, no waiting, ever.
Delightfully furnished and decorated , this country cottage will go quickly, so don't wait.
Move in, sit down and watch the grass grow and start living the country lifestyle, but, in a much more modern way.
