Hi! Thank you so much for your comment on my Arlington house. I am so glad you like it! Lots do not contain package files. You just unzip the download file and copy all the files in it to your Tray folder (not the Mods folder). There should be 8 files: one Blueprint file, one Tray Item file, and 6 BPI files.
